course sequencing

Foundations + Level 1 + Level 2 beginner

setting you up with the essentials of teaching Aerial to beginners, as well as our Adaptive Approach Workshop.

Our 2 day foundation courses cover the basics in 4 apparatus, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Aerial Hammock. Working from the ground up towards getting some height.

You get to learn the similarities between tricks across multiple apparatus, as well as how to support beginners who come from a wide variety of physical fitness backgrounds. With practical approaches for building strength and flexibility.

From foundations you can then branch into Intermediate and Advanced courses for each individual apparatus.

Level 3 Intermediate

This is where you start learning how to teach some dynamic movement like rolls, drops. Getting stronger with harder shapes and complex sequences.

Understand the pre-requisites your students should have before progressing into harder skills, as well as building up your “teacher’s eye” with spotting what is or isn’t working in your students skills.

Level 4 Advanced

Discover how to provide diffferent entries and exits, combine and transition different skills, stack and add complexity to your skills.

Encourage your students to develop understanding of how their body moves to control speed and tension in the air. Build spacial awareness and progressions to release skills.
